The Spread Eagle Hotel & Spa
Location: Midhurst, West Sussex
Project Brief: Design, supply and installation of a hotel still room
This project focused on creating new catering facilities for one of Sussex's most historic hotels, The Spread Eagle. It included upgrading the existing still room so it could fully support the day-to-day needs of the hotel team. We introduced modern equipment, custom-made stainless steel features, hygienic wall cladding and non-slip flooring, all carefully selected to suit how staff work within the space.
The layout was designed with practicality in mind, helping staff move efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and food quality. The result is a well-organised still room that performs smoothly, even during the busiest periods.
SCCE worked closely with everyone involved, coordinating with the electrical contractor to ensure the project was delivered successfully from start to finish.
