Project Brief: Design, supply and installation of a servery kitchen and refreshment area
This project focused on creating a welcoming, practical and efficient servery kitchen for Brighton Youth Centre. We supplied and installed a compact front-of-house servery and refreshment area designed to maximise functionality within a busy community environment. The new space supports the youth centre's wider social areas, providing young people, staff and visitors with a welcoming hub where they can interact and enjoy access to food and refreshments.
By combining high-quality commercial equipment with bespoke stainless steel fabrication and wall cladding, we maximised the available space while ensuring the area is durable, easy to maintain and well suited to day-to-day service.
SCCE worked closely with the client and architects throughout the project, maintaining clear communication at every stage to help deliver a smooth process and a successful result.
