South Coast Catering Equipment (SCCE) was appointed to supply and install a complete commercial kitchen and café servery solution for Wealden Sports Centre in Hailsham, East Sussex.
The project involved creating a modern catering facility capable of supporting the daily demands of a busy leisure environment, providing an efficient workspace for staff while also delivering an inviting café servery area for visitors and centre users.
Working closely with Sunninghill Construction Co Limited and the wider project team, SCCE developed a practical kitchen layout designed to optimise workflow, improve service efficiency and maximise the available space. The installation incorporated high-quality commercial catering equipment, bespoke stainless steel fabrication and a contemporary servery solution tailored to the centre’s operational requirements.
From initial design through to commissioning and handover, SCCE managed the delivery of the catering installation, coordinating essential electrical, water and waste service requirements to ensure a smooth and successful completion.
The finished facility provides Wealden Sports Centre with a reliable, efficient and professional catering environment, supporting both day-to-day operations and an enhanced experience for visitors.
