Project Brief: Supply and installation of a commercial kitchen and café servery

SCCE was appointed to supply and install a new commercial kitchen and café servery for Wealden Sports Centre, creating a modern and efficient facility capable of supporting the day-to-day catering requirements of a busy leisure environment.

Working closely with the main contractor throughout the project, we developed a practical kitchen and servery layout designed to maximise workflow and improve service efficiency. The scheme incorporated high-quality commercial catering equipment, bespoke stainless steel fabrication and a contemporary café servery area tailored to the operational needs of the facility.
