Project Brief: Design, supply and installation of a commercial kitchen

The project involved the design and installation of new catering facilities for The Beeches Care Home, including the upgrade of an existing domestic kitchen to meet full commercial kitchen standards. The scheme incorporated modern equipment and bespoke stainless steel fabrication, a new ventilation system, hygienic wall cladding, non-slip flooring and a suspended grid ceiling, all tailored to suit the client's specific operational needs.

The layout was designed to support staff workflow while maintaining high levels of hygiene, safety and food quality. The result is a reliable and well-balanced commercial kitchen environment that meets the demands of a busy care home setting.

SCCE was appointed as the main contractor, taking responsibility for the successful coordination and execution of the works.
