Project Brief: Design, supply and installation of a commercial kitchen for the Halfway House
South Coast Catering Equipment (SCCE) was approached by the project architect to design, supply and install a bespoke commercial kitchen for a new Halfway House facility located on a London golf course.
The aim was to create a practical and efficient catering space where golfers could stop during their round for refreshments, including freshly prepared sandwiches, toast, hot drinks and other food offerings. Due to the unique location and purpose of the facility, the kitchen design needed to provide a compact yet highly functional workspace that could support smooth food and beverage service.
Working closely with the architect and wider project team, SCCE delivered a complete catering solution, including detailed CAD and 3D modelling, project management, mechanical extraction, commercial catering equipment and bespoke stainless steel fabrication.
The completed facility provides a modern and efficient catering environment, allowing the golf course team to deliver a high-quality hospitality experience for visitors while making the best use of the available space.
