South Coast Catering Equipment (SCCE) was appointed to supply and install a fully equipped commercial kitchen for a specialist dementia care home in Kingston upon Thames, London. Delivered in collaboration with Vinci Construction, the project formed part of the development of a purpose-built healthcare facility designed to provide high-quality residential care.
The kitchen was carefully designed to support efficient food preparation and service while meeting the demands of a busy care environment. SCCE provided a complete commercial kitchen solution, including the supply and installation of premium catering equipment, a walk-in refrigeration unit, bespoke stainless steel fabrication and ventilation canopies.
Working closely with the main contractor throughout the project, SCCE ensured the installation was completed efficiently and to programme, coordinating with other trades to achieve a seamless fit-out. The finished kitchen delivers a practical, durable and hygienic workspace that enables staff to prepare and serve meals safely and efficiently for residents every day.
