To supply a new kitchen, servery, extraction system, new walls & floors and flight dishwasher

Facilities needed to cater for 3 x 800 student sittings per day 7 days a week

New designed kitchen was condensed down in size to create a closer staff working environment

A self service style operation is now offered to the students

SCCE was the Main Contractor
