
South Coast Catering Equipment was appointed to design and install a new commercial kitchen at June Sutherland Chapel in East Preston, West Sussex. SCCE worked closely alongside the main building contractor and associated mechanical and electrical (M&E) trades throughout the project.
The client required a practical and cost-effective kitchen solution that would support a wide range of events hosted within the facility. The primary objective was to create a functional commercial kitchen that would enable external hirers to prepare food on-site while also providing facilities to safely hold and serve pre-prepared meals.
The kitchen needed to be simple, reliable, and flexible enough to accommodate different users and event requirements. Coordination with multiple contractors and trades was essential to ensure the installation aligned with the wider building programme and was delivered without disruption.
Working closely with the client and project team, South Coast Catering designed and installed a bespoke commercial kitchen layout tailored to the venue’s needs.
