The George Hotel – Henfield

This busy pub/hotel in the heart of Henfield were looking to update their kitchen and food offering, and after visiting their local Rational Cooklive demonstration, were blown away with what could be achieved from the Rational SCC & VCC units. They decided to remove all of their existing cooking equipment of 6 Burner Cooker, Convection Oven & Fryer and go for 2x SCC61 & a VCC 112+-S, plus an Induction Hob.

SCCE were responsible for all of the plumbing works required to facilitate the new equipment, as well as liaising closely with the clients electrician to ensure the equipment could be installed. We then removed all of the existing equipment and installed the new units in the same day, enabling the Hotel to open for dinner.
