The Harris family have been working with Mike Barnes and SCC for fifty years now. Bouchon Racine was working to a fixed limited budget and SCC understood that and provided the options to put together a kitchen that would deliver what was needed to the chefs. The result a kitchen of sound reliable cooking equipment and refrigeration along with some of the more substantial light equipment items.
